By accessing or using Noor Tasbeeh, you confirm that you:

• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms

Noor Tasbeeh is a digital Islamic Tasbeeh (prayer bead) counter application that provides:

• Digital tasbeeh counting with animated bead visuals
• Multiple Zikr (remembrance) selection with Arabic text
• Session tracking, statistics, and daily goals
• Customizable bead skins and themes
• Streak tracking for consistent daily practice
• Offline-first functionality with local data storage

3. User Accounts

Noor Tasbeeh does not require user registration or account creation. All features are available without signing in. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not synced to any server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Noor Tasbeeh only for its intended purpose — spiritual remembrance and personal tracking. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's code or systems
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the app without permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, design, graphics, animations, code, and other materials in Noor Tasbeeh are the intellectual property of DevInspect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Noor Tasbeeh on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.3 User Content

Any custom Zikr entries you create within the app remain your content. Since all data is stored locally, we do not claim ownership of your custom entries.

6. Premium Features

6.1 Free Version

The free version of Noor Tasbeeh provides access to core features including tasbeeh counting, basic statistics, and default bead skins.

6.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features may include:

• Ad-free experience
• Exclusive bead skin collections
• Advanced statistics and insights
• Additional customization options

6.3 Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refund policies are governed by the app store's terms. Contact the respective store for refund requests.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Noor Tasbeeh may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. These ads are served by external providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Premium users can remove all advertisements.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Service

Noor Tasbeeh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of counting features
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data preservation in case of device failure

8.2 Religious Content

The Zikr texts, transliterations, and translations provided in the app are sourced from commonly accepted Islamic references. We recommend verifying with qualified Islamic scholars for matters of religious importance. We are not responsible for any errors in religious content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevInspect and its team shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data stored on your device
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the app
• Issues caused by third-party services or ad networks

10. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your data
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, factory reset, or app removal
• We recommend keeping track of important session data independently

11. Updates & Changes

We may release updates to Noor Tasbeeh from time to time to improve features, fix bugs, or address security issues. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change pricing for premium features with reasonable notice

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Noor Tasbeeh at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app if these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where DevInspect is registered.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
